MISSION STATEMENT

The Lutz Center Adult Day Services provides high quality, cost effective, congregate, community-based health care and social support. Our service prevents premature institutionalization for adults and provides respite, education and counseling for the people who care for them. We work collaboratively and manage resources within the non-profit community and within the Long Term Care System.
